　　BC255系列变速器是北齿根据市场需求为俄罗斯市场开发制造的变速器，为5挡全同步，左侧置直接或远距离操纵换挡，带有倒挡锁装置。北齿在吸收国外先进技术的基础上，优化了设计和加工制造技术，产品通过了俄罗斯外商提出的摆动加载疲劳寿命、加载噪声及整车道路等试验要求。目前，该产品月供货达400余台，成为北齿今年轻型变速箱中的亮点。

In our country, with the quickening of China’s reform and open door policies and entering into the WTO, more and more international communications are needed. Therefore, it is a very pressing task to develop middle school students’ oral English in an effective and efficient way.
Speaking is the skill that the students will be judged upon most in real-life situations. Speaking in the classroom is different from communication in the real situation. But our goal is to make the former more like the latter, because communication aims at improving the speaking skills. In speaking classes, teachers often find there are some factors influencing the development of oral English for middle school students, such as, status quo, teacher and student, including vocabulary quantity, sentence patterns, applying grammatical knowledge, accuracy of pronunciation and accent. Besides, materials and teaching equipments can also influence English teaching and learning.
This thesis will begin with discussing the difficulties in students’ oral expressions, and then, approach some efficient methods and skills to improve their oral English, with concrete procedures for explanation. Undoubtedly, this will be helpful to oral English teaching and learning.
