用于小型车等速万向节和万向节轮毂单元问世
恩梯恩（NTN）为面向BRICs等新兴国家市场的低价位车开发出了等速万向节（以下，CVJ）、以及由CVJ和轮毂轴承（以下，H/B）组成的万向节轮毂单元新产品线——“V（Value）系列”，这些产品将在第40届东京汽车展（公众开放日：2007年10月27日～11月11日）上展出。
新型CVJ的外径缩小了4～7％，减轻了5～12％。万向节轮毂单元减轻了约12％。但是不及以小型、轻量为卖点的“E系列”。CVJ和H/B的接合部没有咬合，所以从CVJ向H/B传递扭矩时在接触面上不会产生粘着滑动噪音。万向节轮毂单元可一体式嵌入转向节，缩短组装工时。
V系列CVJ分为外置的“VBJ”和内置的“VDJ”、“VTJ”三种。分别对应以往的“BJ”、“DOJ”、“TJ”。
其中，VBJ、VDJ的基本结构与以往的BJ、DOJ相同，通过利用内部摩擦降低技术，优化内部设计，实现了小型及轻量化。VBJ与以往的BJ相比，外径缩小了约6％，重量减轻了约12％。VDJ与以往的DOJ相比，外径缩小了约4％，重量减轻了约7％。包括滚珠内轮和外轮在内，各部分都进行了精确锻造，大幅度减少了机械加工部位。
VTJ以E系列TJ（ETJ）为基础，通过改进内部部件的形状，大幅度减少了部件数量。而且，各部分较多采用精确锻造，减少了机械加工部位。与以往的TJ相比，外径缩小了约7％，重量减轻了约5％。
“V系列一体式万向节轮毂单元”采用新形状H/B，H/B和CVJ的一体化采用了新接合方式，首先在CVJ外轮轴部外径形成凹凸沟，然后在新形状H/B的圆筒内径部分形成沟槽，同时进行压入，使二者一体化接合，消除了H/B和CVJ之间的沟槽。通过采用V系列CVJ，提高了成本率。与现有H/B和CVJ的重量和相比，实现了约12％的轻量化。
“V系列分体式万向节轮毂单元”是H/B和CVJ能够分离的模块产品。采用新形状H/B，利用与一体式相同的新接合方式实现了H/B和CVJ一体化，H/B和CVJ能够分离/再接合，可进行维修。与现有H/B和CVJ的重量和相比，实现了约12％的轻量化。

Besides, materials and teaching equipments can also influence English teaching and learning.
This thesis will begin with discussing the difficulties in students’ oral expressions, and then, approach some efficient methods and skills to improve their oral English, with concrete procedures for explanation. Undoubtedly, this will be helpful to oral English teaching and learning.
